Spine Balance Clinic is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective health care. We accept credit cards (Master card/Visa), Thai Banking Transfer and Cash.
Deposit Policy
A non refundable Booking deposit to secure your appointment
-฿1000 required for First visit booking
-฿1000 required for Follow up booking
There is a 24hrs cancellation/ late or rescheduling policy!
A non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments.
The deposit is used as a guarantee for your appointment and will be deducted toward the cost of your treatment.
If appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hrs your deposit will be forfeited, payment will be due in full to make next appointment.
This will serve as your deposit to reserve an appointment time
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise…please understand that last minute changes affect other patients, as well.
Should you not show up, arrive later than 15 minutes OR cancel/reschedule without 24 hour notice,
your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation/Missed/Late appointment Policy
Time is precious for you and for us and as a courtesy to your fellow patients.
We maintain a strict policy below
Cancellation and re-booking is done free of charge up to 24 hours before treatment.
Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to arrival or no show will be charged at 100% fee.
10 minutes late will be shorten in treatment
15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled with charged 100% fee.
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

We provided Treatment Certificates and receipts for insurance coverage.
(Terms and conditions may differ for each Insurances Company policies)
New patient: 2700baht
Usually take 60 to 70min., consultation, patient history, physical examination and treatment/full spine adjustments.
Follow-up per visit: 1900baht
Usually take 40 to 50min., consultation & treatment/full spine adjustments.
Treatment Packages:
We also do have valuable packages of 10, 20 up treatments (validity 2 years) which are cheaper per session from the first treatment!
